Return & Refund Policy
As we market ourselves as an old fashioned Haberdashery, we try to provide the same exemplary customer service we give in our physical shop. We triple check orders before dispatch for the same dye codes, damage and errors. However, we are all human and have bad hair days. Therefore if you are unhappy with a product received on a error, quality or damage issue, please contact us at the numbers/email on our home page in order that we may resolve the issue in a speedy and cordial manner. If the shop is busy, we will endeavour to reply to emails in the evening of received or first thing next day except Sundays and Bank Holidays, when we do not guarantee they will be read until the morning of the next working day.
Should you be unhappy with your choice once received for any other reason, we will refund or credit against an alternative purchase upon receipt of unopened/undamaged return at the buyers cost according to UK online trading laws.
Credits for returns other than damaged/faulty items will not be credited the initial postage and new postage will be charged on a replacement order.
