We operate a flat rate postage system of £3.50 for any size order with free postage for purchases of £30 and over.
For those wishing to buy small items only that might fit into a large letter we issue a credit note for any savings which will depend on total package weight and which size/weight category we can get it into.
Items such as Wadding, made from hollow fibre, we do squash them up to a point, but it is recommended that the customer unpacks the item immediately upon receipt as long term compression can damage the fibres.
This is why we do not vacuum pack.
